Single-direction vibratory plates DPS: Powerful and versatile on all surfaces

The DPS single-direction vibratory plate provides powerful compaction results on soil and asphalt and is ideally suited for use on on top and base layers. It was designed for tough, long-term application on the construction site. The diesel engine, equipped with large power reserves, the wear-resistant base plate from ductile graphite iron (GJS 700), we well as the maintenance-free and durable exciter bearing all contribute to the plate's long life and durability. The easy to reach throttle lever and vibration damped guide handle offer a high degree of operating comfort.

Excellent turning ability and control with simultaneously low HAV

  • The guide handle responds precisely to steering movements while simultaneously reducing hand-arm vibrations to the greatest extent possible. This way, the vibratory plate can be controlled comfortably with little effort.
  • Turning and steering movements are transferred very easily to the machine. This makes work quick and comfortable.

Wide, ergonomic handle

  • The lift handle in front on the base plate has space for two hands so the machine can be lifted comfortably by several persons. This offers a high level of ergonomics when transporting the machine.

Control handle

  • The control handle has a curved shape and can be swiveled forwards This makes it usable as a handle for lateral guidance, offering high stability. This is ideal for asphalt compaction, e.g. along curbs.
  • The control handle narrows towards the top. This improves the guidability of the machine along walls, as the handle does not brush along the wall.
  • The control handle, which can be swiveled forwards, offers very compact transport and storage dimensions.

Wheel set quickly ready for use

  • If the wheel set is folded down, the guide handle automatically locks and the machine can be moved immediately. Conversely, the guide handle is automatically unlocked when you fold up the wheel set. This ensures smooth procedures on the construction site.

Large water tank (8 Liter) with efficient sprinkler system

  • The water tank is permanently mounted on the unit and cannot be removed as is the large hinged lid with slot. This means filling the tank with water is possible even without opening the lid.
  • The sprinkler system offers reliable water coverage over the entire width of the base plate without wasting water. As a result, refilling is needed less often.
  • The water volume can be regulated as required via a large knob within easy reach.
